Enter SEASIDE and you too will be impressed with the interior because it is most luxurious and inviting. A verdant open atrium is surrounded by glass allowing for natural light. The common areas are tastefully designed in a Mediterranean motif with arches, plush carpets and wood floors.
Livability is the utmost with an open dining room, big screen television, movie theater, reading room, comfortable chairs, game room, postal center with individual mailboxes, computers for e-mail and web surfing, and a therapeutic stand-up pool and patio area. Every luxury found in a plush hotel is found at SEASIDE and that includes daily maid service, fresh linens, towels and laundry service.
There are sixty-six individual units with four floor plans, private, semi-private and studio residential units with wood floors and one or two closets. The modern kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, sink, wood cabinetry and granite countertop. Every bathroom is handicap accessible with stall type showers and safety grab bars.

AMENITIES
The facility is family owned and they are conscientiously involved in the daily operation. From 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the day is planned with interesting activities. The facility is “Green” environmental friendly with all efficient lighting and energy.
Three gourmet meals (kosher style is available) served daily prepared by two five-star chefs. Comments from the resident’s remark of the excellent quality of the food served. A registered dietitian is available for special nutritional needs. In the evening, a staff member brings a cart with fresh fruit, beverages and snacks.
SEASIDE offers transportation for residents in the Grand Marquis Limo or their shuttle bus; a convenience for medical appointments, shopping, dining and sightseeing. They travel in style with planned trips to the Aventura Mall, Mardi Gras Casino, Gulfstream Park, Hollywood Boardwalk, art museums, concerts and theater.
Residents can enjoy lively bingo games, excursions to the beach, live performances, movies, guest speakers, book review groups, cultural programs, educational seminars, and art and craft classes.
For those persons in need of wellness services, it is provided without additional fees. Services include: bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, medication management, assistance with meals and walking.
Days are filled with planned activities to stimulate the mind and promote physical fitness. Residents can look their best since the premises has a full salon offering hair cuts, styles, manicures and pedicures.
At least once a month, there are theme parties, such as a Mexican party with a mariachi band, poker and beer party, and Chinese night. Residents are still talking about the Polynesian party where women dancers in grass skirts spiced up the evening.
